Incorporated in Florida in November 2004, OVER THE ROAD PERMITTING SERVICE, INC. has been promoting positive-action programs for private trucking individuals and small private trucking firms since start up.  OVER THE ROAD PERMITTING SERVICE, INC. has developed several fuel savings programs and truck trip tracking programs to help these companies get control of fuel and mileage taxes and lost revenue from drivers moving out of their normal route to give themselves more on-road benefits at the companies’ expense.

OVER THE ROAD PERMITTING SERVICE, INC. has worked internally with several larger trucking corporations in auditing fuel and mileage records for streamlining better fuel stops and routing methods to determine whether bulk fuel use would or would not be beneficial, and how to determine on-highway fuel purchases for cost versus fuel tax, for best fuel tax control.

The owner of OVER THE ROAD PERMITTING SERVICE, INC. has been in the transportation fuel and mileage business for over 27 years, has been involved in several other companies, and has been invited by different states to beta test some of those states’ online programs as well.

Now OVER THE ROAD PERMITTING SERVICE, INC. has developed an online routing and mileage program for individual truckers and small firms that normally do not have the resources for such programs. This new program will give all drivers and small companies the same information for their trips. TripSheetsOnline.com will calculate your miles in each state based on your origination, destination and your stops. You just add the gallons of fuel you purchase and simply finish your trip and you can print or email your trip sheet when completed, or maintain them online until you need them.
